Global Network Delivery Capabilities

We integrate capital, technology, supply chains, engineering and local operating resources to move projects from planning into real network deployment.

Cross-border telecom projects involve more than equipment. Regulation, certification, importation, logistics, engineering, power, transmission, talent and long-term support must be coordinated within a single delivery framework.

Full Project Lifecycle

Support can extend from the business plan, feasibility and investment structure through network design, product configuration, production, delivery, commissioning, optimization, expansion and long-term operating support.

  • Develop commercial, technical and financial plans together
  • Integrate core equipment and supporting systems
  • Coordinate global supply chains with local resources
  • Manage milestones, risks and changes through one framework

Localized Collaboration

The project company or local partner is generally responsible for licenses, spectrum, regulatory coordination, importation, sites, local works and operating resources. GTIIP is responsible for the agreed investment organization, core technology, equipment supply and implementation support.

  • Document responsibilities in a joint responsibility matrix
  • Separate local cost from international supply scope
  • Establish a project office and weekly or monthly reporting
  • Escalate material risks to the joint decision-making level

Long-Term Support

Following commercial launch, GTIIP can continue to support software upgrades, remote technical assistance, spares, optimization, training, expansion design and new-service evolution.
