Complete information enables faster assessment. GTIIP recommends starting with the business plan, licenses and spectrum, current network position, construction objectives, capital requirement and proposed local responsibilities.
01 | Submission & Preliminary Assessment
Submit a project summary or business plan. GTIIP conducts an initial review of the market, licenses, spectrum, rollout scale, capital requirement, shareholder structure and management capability.
- Project country, licensing and spectrum information
- Existing network, subscribers, revenue and liabilities
- The 18- to 36-month network rollout plan
- The investment and resources requested from GTIIP
02 | Meetings, Confidentiality & Due Diligence
The parties hold a project video meeting to confirm the core requirements and responsibilities. Projects with a credible path forward proceed under confidentiality to commercial, technical, legal and financial due diligence.
- Document request list and data-room arrangements
- Management, technical and financial workstreams
- Site review, network testing and supply-chain verification
- Identification of regulatory, compliance and execution risks
03 | Proposal, Approval & Launch
The due-diligence findings are translated into an investment, equipment, construction, financing and governance framework. Once both parties complete their approvals, definitive agreements are signed and a joint project team launches the agreed milestones.
